  • Implementation Specialist
    Flanders, NJ

    Job Overview

    The Implementation Specialist is responsible for training customers in the use of ADD Systems’ software. This individual would be responsible for providing world class training guided by the department standards.

    Primary responsibilities would include execution of assigned project plan deliverables, ensuring compliance with defined scope and curriculum, and documentation of all efforts/issues throughout the process. Compliance expectations will be achieved through daily progress reports (detailed with daily updates), timecards (accurate accounting of time), project planning (understanding and agreeing to deliverables and scope), and project budgeting (understanding and agreeing to financial/time constraints).

  • Inside Sales Team Representative
    Flanders, NJ

    SUMMARY
    In this role you will join our sales team and have a positive impact on our sales efforts. Working with prospects across North America, no two days will be exactly the same. You will serve as customer liaison by working with sales team members to support field activities, follow up on customer issues and opportunities in the selling of our products. This is an key position with advancement opportunities that will have you working with all departments within the company to provide a strong foundation of products, concepts and deliverables.     PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Software Sales Representative
    Seattle, WA, Los Angeles, CA, San Francisco, CA, Salt Lake City, UT, Phoenix, AZ

    Job Overview

    The ADD Systems Sales Representative identifies, qualifies and closes new opportunities in both new and established accounts. Manage account activity from prospecting and qualifying through contract negotiations, signing and post-sales support. 90% focus will be on generating net-new business with 10% of your time maintaining and growing relationships with existing accounts. In addition, you’ll manage the overall health and sales performance of a territory of defined accounts. Demonstrate an ability to leverage the ADD Systems sales model to maximize revenue growth and increase market share. Serves customers by selling ADD Systems software including but not limited to ADD eStore, ADD Energy E3 and ADD Atlas BI software products.

    Responsibilities

    • Present and sell company products and services to current and potential clients.
    • Prepare action plans and schedules to identify specific targets and to project the number of contacts to be made.
    • Follow up on new leads and referrals resulting from field activity.
    • Identify sales prospects and contact these and other accounts as assigned.
    • Prepare presentations, proposals and sales contracts.
    • Develop and maintain sales materials and current product knowledge.

    • Coordinate company staff to accomplish the work required to close sales.
