Introduction to ADD Energy E3
ADD Energy E3 was released to the marketplace in September 2007. Currently there are over 20 companies representing over 600 users running the product. This session will be dedicated to reviewing the major features and benefits of upgrading to E3. A customer panel will be available during the Questions / Answer portion of this session to discuss the real world benefits of the upgrade.


PAMS 9.2 Update
The features and benefits of the current release of PAMS will be reviewed during this session. Future development will be discussed. Please come prepared with your suggestions.


E-commerce: Moving Data Electronically
A complete review of the eCommerce product offering will be accomplished. If you are an existing ecommerce user you may hear about new capabilities. If ecommerce is a new concept to you, the benefits will be apparent early in this session


ADD Energy E3: Current and Future Development
ADD Systems will present the current and future development roadmap for the ADD Energy E3 product. We want your feedback! Do you have suggestions for development that would benefit the E3 user community and industry in general? Please come prepared to participate in this highly interactive session.


ADD Energy E3: Focus on Wholesale – Update (Today and Tomorrow)
One of the major product development initiatives underway at ADD Systems is to improve and enhance the wholesale capability of ADD Energy E3. We will be reviewing the strategic roadmap for this initiative.

Product prices seem to be changing every day. Petroleum companies A/R balances have ballooned as a result. Collecting balances and reducing your daily sales outstanding (DOS) is critical. This education session will be focused on reviewing all the tools available to help your company to reduce the collection time of accounts receivable.


Power*Store2: Update
What's new with PowerStore2? The future product roadmap will be presented during this session. Current PowerStore2 users should plan on attending this session along with the Overview of the New Home Office Convenience Store System session.


Maximizing Security: ADD Energy E3
Are you using the security system and software to the fullest? In separate PAMS and ADD Energy E3 sessions explore the capability of the security systems.


Price Book Tips
This educational session will be dedicated to managing your price book. You will learn the proper procedures for updating prices, inactivating items and clean up, reporting, auditing and inventory at the item level. The session will also include a store station cost accounting workshop.

General Ledger Trial Balance Reconciliation
The emphasis in this session will be on education. The G/L trial balance reconciliation process will be reviewed as it relates to Accounts Receivable, Accounts Payable, Fuel Supplier and Taxes. You will leave this session with many tips and techniques.


Introduction to Raven
Raven was first released to the market in 1997. Today well over 100 customers have deployed Raven on thousands of delivery vehicles across North America. During this session we will be reviewing the core features and benefits of Raven along with a focus on the some of the more advanced capabilities such as wireless and GPS. A customer panel will be available for a Q/A segment.

This session will be dedicated to exploring the powerful financial systems from Microsoft. The focus will be on Accounts Payable and General Ledger and how they can work hand in hand with ADD Energy E3 and PAMS.


Attracting Customer’s to Your Web Site Using a Self Service Approach
Are you providing your customers self service capability via your web site? If not, and you would like to hear how your fellow marketers are utilizing the Internet to provide self service options, plan on attending this session. Several ADD Systems customers who have successfully implemented self service capabilities will participate.
