It now presses on to production use this summer, including deployment by an ADD Energy E3® customer. The early version has been met with reassuring success as well as constructive feedback that can only make the suite better. To our beta customers and Retail Advisory Council, we offer sincere thanks.

Among the comments from these cooperative beta users, one said: “[eStore] has an excellent flow…very intuitive and easy to learn.” That ease of use may be due to the data structure underlying the software, which allows ease of data access. On the other side of this coin, users commented on the “ease of data entry in the grids and the ability to customize the grid formats for reporting.”

In a reaction that is extremely gratifying to us, two PAMS beta clients said that entering shift reports was “much easier” and that the new software is “efficient and capable of resulting in time savings.”
