View All Issues » December 2011 From the beginning, the goal for our Atlas Business Intelligence product was to create enterprise software that could eventually be made available to all the market segments we serve, including propane, fuel oil, field service, wholesale and lubricants distributors. Development of the Atlas product kicked off 18 months ago with a focus on the needs of the convenience store industry. Atlas BI has been widely adopted by the companies who have deployed the ADD eStore™ product. The foundational development accomplished with the early versions of Atlas for eStore provided us a springboard for rapid development of Atlas for ADD Energy E3®. Utilizing Microsoft® tools, the foundational items include a browser user interface, report scheduling, automated report production and delivery, all based on Microsoft SQL Report Services. Version 1.0 of Atlas – E3 is now available. Our initial focus has been in delivery analysis. Examples of the standard reports that can be produced are:
Atlas BI with Driver Productivity map and report
These are just two types of reports available with Atlas for E3. A powerful, user-friendly report designer can be used to create your own reports. Graph views are included with the standard reports and user-created reports. Our Atlas development and design team is currently engineering statistical reporting that elucidates numerous comparative historical views of your business. Some areas of focus will be active accounts, terminated accounts, inactive accounts with detail by termination reason, type of account, categories of account, and numerous other selection and reporting criteria. In addition, statistical totals of pricing plans, service contracts, and budgets will all be included in the initial release of this key module. Many, many more will follow, and we welcome your suggestions. If you have an interest in seeing Atlas – E3 or Atlas – eStore please contact your sales representative.
