Since the inception of ADD Energy E3® in the late summer of 2007, ADD Systems has received nearly 2,440 requests for changes to E3, Pegasus®, Raven®, SmartConnect®, and the AP Interface. As of the beginning of September 2009, we have completed
approximately 1,690 of these software changes. That
equals a 69 percent rate of responses to your suggestions. And there are an additional 380 we are seriously considering for future releases!

We think this reflects as much on our customers as it does on ourselves.
