First, think about whether outsourcing is right for you. Here are some points to consider:

 
 •  Which forms do you want to outsource? Statements, budget payments, invoices – service and delivery, dunning letters and other credit messages, etc., are available. Which make sense for you?
   
 •  Select an outsource supplier.
ADD Systems works with several excellent companies. Find one that meets your needs. Be aware that some companies have requirements for a minimum number of pieces, but we can find one that will suit your business.
   
 •  Plan for roll-out time.
You may need 30 to 60 days to get your printed material up and running. The outsource company will devise a proposal, and then work with ADD Systems to map the data to the right output, tweak the look, and revise. The
