 From our home page, www.addsys.com, log in to the Community area, then click on “Release Notes” link to read the latest “What’s New” documents. These documents contain release notes for all the latest software development and problem resolution we’ve performed. You will need a user ID to log in to the Community area of our Web site. One of those is easily created for our users by contacting Software Support. If you’ve forgotten your password, we can provide a reminder. Starting for releases in February, What’s New documents will be available for ADD Energy E3®, Raven®, Pegasus®, and SmartConnect®. We are considering other enhancements to this section of our Forum, and we welcome your suggestions. Easy availability of release notes has been a request from several of our customers, and these files can answer the recurring question: “what’s in the new release?” Armed with this information, you can make a decision about whether to upgrade. The release notes also list the Clientele call number associated, so if you have a call in which you are interested, you can see the outcome. You can even sign up for e-mail notifications when a new set of release notes are posted to the Web site, to keep up with the latest development at ADD Systems.
