Budget Renewal window in ADD Energy E3

ADD Systems has completed the engineering of our Budget programs to the intuitive, feature-rich ADD Energy E3® Client format. The same great functionality of the venerable Host Budget commands is built-in, but now in a convenient Windows environment.

The conversion of these Budget programs was completed last summer, in ADD Energy E3 2009. If you were considering an E3 upgrade, this may be yet another reason.

The specific Host commands that are now available in a graphical user interface (with the new name on the right) are:

• USAGE = Calculate Usage and Budget Payments
• BCALC = Budget Plan Renewal
• BMOD = Budget Calculation Maintenance

As just one of the enhancements that comes along with this makeover to Client, budget plan renewals are now recorded in Customer Log. You can search for them by date or by specific customer.

ADD Systems is always available for training in the Budget components. Over the Web, at your site, or ours, an expert ADD Systems instructor will guide you through the steps and screens. While the process may be familiar, it’s still valuable to learn precisely where everything is, and about some new features that we’ve built in.
