Pegasus Mobile software now allows the technician to enter Gas Test information in the hand-held. That information is transferred back to ADD Energy E3® where it updates the customer’s Gas Check record.
For the propane distributor this represents a major time savings as the leak test and other diagnostic nformation are captured in real time, at the customer site.
This not only spares the need for manual entry of the information at the main office, it also fosters greater accuracy by avoiding the possibility of someone misinterpreting the technician’s handwriting.
The Pegasus software contains a Gas Test tab that has all the critical information to match to E3’s Test tab within Gas Check. The information is updated in E3, wirelessly, regardless of when or whether Pegasus Billing is run. In addition, a Customer Log record is created with the history of Gas Test information. This allows users to review prior readings for the customer’s Service Location.
