Local Technicians HTS has been providing onsite hardware maintenance services for more than 30 years and has technicians in 180 strategically selected locations across the United States. With a national footprint, they can deliver high quality service with fast response times for their clients. You can rest assured that the technician assigned to your area is trained and professional. Online Call Tracking and Wireless Dispatching HTS uses the latest technology to route your service call to a technician in your area quickly and efficiently. Online call placement with ServiceCOMMAND®, HTS’ service call management utility, drastically reduces call routing time and guarantees a quick response. Multi-vendor Support Capabilities Our relationship with HTS allows ADD Systems to offer reliable, cost effective on-site maintenance services on all types of hardware including servers, PCs, terminals, printers, scanners, routers, networking equipment, etc. Effective immediately, ADD Systems will begin offering additional options for on-site support. For clients who have their systems covered under an IBM or HP service agreement, you will be offered HTS service as an alternative when your current agreement nears expiration. We have found HTS service agreements to be more comprehensive and in many cases have resulted in lower hardware maintenance costs.
