The pace of development for ADD Energy E3® never slows. Following fast behind the introduction of major new functions for Inventory (Load Track) in a Windows environment, ADD Systems is pleased to announce valuable abilities in the next release of ADD Energy E3, in the spring of this year.

Document Push – For those who want to move toward “paperless” business, this capability enables you to immediately e-mail or fax common customer documents, such as statements, invoices, budget payment notices, dunning letters, etc., to your customers. This can eliminate a Print file. Your documents go out with less expense and faster than ever before, which can increase the speed in which you get paid. |

Order Entry – We’re excited to offer a Windows-based version of the POS Host command. This latest conversion and enrichment of existing functionality uses the best Windows features, such as drop-down lists with all your commonly entered codes (no more memorizing codes or lists taped to your monitor). This component also gives users the choice of mouse or keyboard navigation around the screen. Other new features include: |

Electronic Load Track – The flexibility of the new Client Load Track can now be applied to lifting files from rack systems, i.e., replacing the Host command LIFTRAK. Electronic Load Track also ushers in the processing of Raven Wholesale events. |

In addition to these major items, there are dozens of smaller enhancements like adding the salesman ID to Transaction Analysis and new options in Document Viewer for adding templates that are specific to divisions.
