Remote Access Vehicular Extended Network

Did you ever wish you could take your office computer to the fuel delivery site so that deliveries could be processed more quickly? Well, imagine no more. The reality is here
with Raven®, a PC small enough to fit in your hand, but big enough to process every
phase of a delivery at the touch of a finger.

The entire delivery process -- from pumping fuel
to accepting payments and adding charges to printing the invoice -- can be processed with our touch-sensitive, Point-of-Sale computer software system - Raven.

With ADD Systems’ Raven software; you can effectively move your entire delivery operation
into the front seat of the truck, where up-to-
the-minute processing can occur, resulting in
time and resource savings. Our comprehensive software is easy-to-use resulting in minimal
driver training time as well as minimal vehicle installation time.

When tickets are loaded, they can be sorted in order of delivery or chosen randomly by the
driver. You can specify one list of tickets to
be delivered by driver “A”, while driver “B”
will deliver another list. In addition, you can
include deliveries from other routes, as well
as “will calls”, at a moment's notice.

With the Raven, delivery processing starts with the first delivery, on location, rather than
at the end of the day, back at the office. When the driver returns to the office, a simple upload procedure transfers delivery details to the main office computer, where all
deliveries can be posted automatically.

Available now, customers may purchase Raven on the Intermec 700 Color Series handheld. These new Intermec handheld units boast a brighter more vivid screen display, the newest Xscale™ Processor, and the newest operating system environment, Microsoft® Pocket PC.
As always Intermec has manufactured this unit so that it can withstand multiple 5-ft drops
to concrete, is weather sealed against rain and dust, and can operate from -10 to 60
degrees Celsius.

Save Time and Money
in Billing Customers
One of the greatest benefits of Raven is that is allows you to forego mailing invoices to customers. This means you save time – The customer is left with an invoice at the time of delivery, eliminating the delay and possible unreliability of mailing. This means you can get paid more quickly.

Postage – don’t have to pay for the ever-increasing cost of a stamp, eliminate costs.

Eliminate driver pricing, taxing errors and simplify “will call” deliveries.

that you will leave with the customer. It allows you to print the invoice if everything is correct
or cancel if something doesn't look right.

The invoice displays useful information such
as whether the tank was full after delivery,
price, taxes, customer balance, any discounts that may apply for prompt payment, miscellaneous charges and customer
payments. The information on your invoice
may differ depending on system setup options.

Credit Card Payment Screen
This screen records a credit card payment. The information will show up on an invoice or receipt printed for the customer and will be transmitted along with delivery information from Raven to
your office computer system during upload.

Shift Report
Shift Report – Basic
A summary of the results of deliveries during a shift, produced on the printer that can be mounted in a delivery truck. The report shows beginning and ending odometer and totalizer readings, total payment collections, and total sales
for a particular driver. A revised shift report is available depending on the system options set up that can account for two meters, as well as transfers.
The two-register reporting is available depending on the type of meter in use on the truck. It is also possible to print purchase order numbers on invoices, depending on a system option.
