These sessions offer maximum flexibility with minimum impact on your daily operations. Lasting no more than two hours each, classes are packed with information that can give you a greater knowledge of the system’s workings, refresh understanding of a specific topic, or introduce new processes for higher efficiency.
Topics include: Liquid Inventory In this session you will learn BASIC LIQUID INVENTORY, ITS MOVEMENT, CAUSE AND EFFECT. Time for discussion with the other attendees to share ideas will be part of this offering. Pre-requisite for attending this session is A BASIC KNOWLEDGE OF E3, BASIC CONCEPT OF INVENTORY- IS A PLUS BUT NOT REQUIRED, BASIC CONCEPT OF POSTING CODES OR AN INQUIRING MIND! Service Billing Prepare to immerse yourself in the strange, fascinating and often misunderstood world of service billing. Learn how to translate the confusing jargon spoken by service technicians into clear and concise codes that actually mean something to the layman. Clearly identify the technician who was on-site and the parts he used. Service Inventory Are you tired of not knowing what service parts you have & where they are? Learn how to create service parts in a manner that facilitates streamlined, cost-based pricing that will speed up entry of those parts in service billing. Identify the locations used to store those parts and move them through the system the same way they move in the real world. Credit Card Processing This webinar is designed to walk the users through the credit card process within the E3 software once the gateway has been established by your IT department. The webinar will cover setting up the credit card on the customer’s account, the processing of the credit card payments and the reporting tools that are available. This feature is a licensable product and must be purchased from ADDs. Management Reporting Part 1 This webinar is designed to help users unlock the mysteries of reporting. In Part 1 of Management Reporting users will learn to use the available reports and features in the system to create and design meaningful reports for Bookkeeping and Credit. This session is particularly relevant to a results-oriented owner, manager or department head responsible for monitoring the performance of staff and business performance. Please come prepared to discuss and create new reports. Management Reporting Part 2 Management Reporting users will learn to use the available reports and features in the system to create and design meaningful reports for Delivery, Service and Inventory. Learn how to track Liquid Inventory movement from receipt of product to the sale, including purchasing, internal transfer tracking and over the counter sales. Delivery reports will be reviewed with an eye to increasing efficiency on deliveries and avoiding run-outs and short drops. Please come prepared to discuss and create new reports. Mid-Season Budget Adjustments If you have recent changes to pricing or usage that may affect the end of season balances for your budget customers, attending the Budget Mid-Season Renewal webinar will help you analyze the current status of your budget accounts to determine the need for an increase or decrease in their current monthly payment amount. Preparing your budget customers for changes in their payment amounts now can prevent that balloon payment or large refund in the spring. The session is intended for databases set for BTO or BDB budget calculations, and both varieties will be discussed. Credit This course explains how to further utilize programs that improve cash flow by using the ADD E3 software effectively to minimize credit problems. Course participants will return to their offices ready to apply the advanced features of ADD E3 software to enhance your credit and collection procedures. Delivery Maintenance A 60 to 120 minute session is recommended for Delivery Managers, Dispatchers and strongly recommended for anyone who desires to understand the enhanced features of ADD E3 Delivery Forecasting software. The course will demonstrate ways to evaluate/improve efficiency and productivity of delivery operations and implement enhanced features for effective delivery management and the analysis of delivery reports on a daily basis to maintain customer service while maximizing profitability. While the sessions that are available currently are 'come one come all' and are focused on the basic principals, ADD Implementation Specialists can work with you to develop a custom course that meets your specific needs while bypassing the stuff you already know.
