ADD Systems is growing – not just in continuous product enhancement, but in the number of talented people working for us. We know investing in new innovative people is key to having petroleum and convenience store software that is second to none. Since the beginning of 2023, we have hired nearly 20 people in various departments, many in engineering and quality assurance (QA). Hiring new people is of course an investment in the future of our company, but it’s also an investment in our clients, knowing that we’re an integral part of their success as much as they are to ours.
“New hires bring new skills and a fresh perspective to problem-solving,” ADD Systems President Bruce C. Bott said. “That’s what we are all about: solving problems for clients in the energy distribution industry.”
When asked why ADD Systems has focused on hiring engineering and QA employees in particular, Bruce noted the importance of client success and leveraging technology:
“This is not something new for ADD. We’ve been investing in employees since our inception,” Bott said. “As we’ve grown year after year, we’ve added staff to all departments to support the needs of our clients. In recent years, we’ve focused on engineering (programmers) and quality assurance to not only continue to support our clients’ needs but to propel us forward for the next 20+ years. The spectrum of products we offer is broad and deep – leveraging new technologies and employees who can use that technology will help us continue to move forward.”
Senior Vice President and COO Rob Culbertson echoed Bruce’s statements. He mentioned how bringing in talent contributes to the successful culture of ADD Systems:
“New hires have allowed ADD to grow and prosper,” Culbertson said. “We are very focused on acquiring talent, making them successful in the organization, and providing career opportunities for the best of the best. This is the path to a long future for ADD and its employees.”
