ADD User Group (AUG)
The ADD Systems® User Group (AUG) was founded in late 2008 by a small group of propane marketers. The group has expanded over the years and now includes propane and heating oil companies from the US and Canada. In 2009 the group had its inaugural in-person user group meeting and since then has had the opportunity to meet on many other occasions such as the ADD Systems User Convention held in Orlando, Florida. The group’s current chairperson is Dave Widener, Director of IT and Project Management at Dead River Company. ADD Systems’ support for the User Group starts with Bruce C. Bott, President, and Rob Culbertson, COO and Senior Vice President. The User Group provides a platform for ADD Systems’ clients to share best practices and provide ADD Systems formal strategic development input via an annual request submission and user group leadership voting process.
The mission of the user group is to maximize an organization’s investment and utilization of the ADD Systems software. We work together to prioritize the development direction of the ADD Systems software and provide succinct feedback to ADD Systems to help inform future product development. The User Group members share best practices, common struggles and in many case a genuine friendship with our peers throughout the industry.

New Functionality Survey
One of the new benefits of joining the group is access to the AUG Functionality Survey. All members are asked to optionally fill out a survey about the current software they use in the different functional areas of their business. As an AUG member, you will have access to this data to help you seek out different members of the group for your individual questions. For example, if you are considering adding the Raven tablet to your product mix, you will have a list of current Raven tablet users to reach out to for advice before you implement the project.
The updated survey results are located in the ADD Forum within the ADD User Group section.
