The migration of PAMS clients to ADD Energy E3 has been underway for a number of years. If you are a current PAMS client, plan on attending this session. The content will be laser focused on the features and benefits of ADD Energy E3, and migration strategies for current PAMS clients.

Tank Monitors Best Practices
Deployment of Tank Monitors has become more common in recent years. This session will focus on recommended best practices when deploying tank monitors. Methods to identify tank monitor consumer candidates, ADD Energy E3 integration methods, and key ADD Energy E3 tank monitor options and procedures will be reviewed.

The Atlas Business Intelligence E3 product continues to grow with new features. In this session you will see what the latest releases have included. Items such as Customer Log intelligence reporting will be presented.

User Group Design Session
The ADD User Group design committee will play a key role during this session. The design committee will engage with the ADD development team to brainstorm on creating the next generation of electronic payment processing. More details on this session will be communicated leading up to the conference so all clients can come prepared to provide valuable input to the ADD product road-map.
Wholesale – Order to Cash Overview
Are you aware of all the wholesale capabilities available with ADD Energy E3 or perhaps just want a refresher? Attend this session and observe the wholesale process from Order Generation to Cash. The review will also include Quoting and Tax Reporting.

Microsoft Dynamics GP Update
Existing GP Users and potential users should plan on attending this session. Major development has been accomplished in the GP to E3 integration. Additional GP features will be reviewed.
Customer Log – Best Practices
This session will be focused on best practice use of the powerful E3 Customer Log. A brief product update will be provided. ADD User Group members will discuss creative uses of Customer Log. The session will be led by John O’Shea (IT Director- Paraco Gas), user group chairman of the Best Practice Committee.
Atlas Update
The Atlas Development road map for E3 and eStore will be presented. Major core enhancements have been accomplished and a peek at new technologies will be reviewed.
Pegasus Mobility Update
A full review of the Pegasus Mobility product will be provided including current and planned features. You will also have an opportunity to provide feedback which will impact our product road-map.
SmartConnect – Real World Examples
This session will be moderated by ADD Systems. A brief overview of SmartConnect will be provided, but the bulk of the session will be led by clients who have used SmartConnect to provide web self-service to consumers via a web portal, accomplished acquisition data conversions and several other creative uses of SmartConnect.
SmartConnect Best Practices
This session will be moderated by ADD Systems with major participation by our key SmartConnect developer partners including; Destwin, PriMedia and MPX. A large majority of energy distribution marketers are not providing a true real-time fully functional web self-service portal. If you attend this session you will see what’s possible, hear recommended best practices and methodologies to provide a secure, modern self-service portal.

The expectations of consumers regarding your ability to communicate key events have risen. Energy consumers are no longer just comparing you to the other local energy providers.
