Inside Sales Representative

Job Description:

In this role you will be responsible for supporting sales team member activities in assigned accounts or regions. You will assist in the development, quality, and consistency of the company’s sales message.  You will serve as customer liaison by working with sales team members to support field activities, follow up on customer issues and opportunities in the selling of ADD Systems software.

This is an entry level position that will have you working with all departments within the company to provide a strong foundation of products, concepts and deliverables and may lead to advancement within the sales group.

Primary Responsibilities

1. Assist the Sales Manager in monthly and annual territory analyses.
2. Assist the sales team in the presentation and sales of company products and services to current and potential clients.
3. Assist the sales team in gaining competitive product knowledge
4. Follow up on new leads and referrals resulting from field activity.
5. Identify sales prospects and contact these and other accounts as assigned.
6. Prepare presentations, proposals and sales contracts.
7. Develop and maintain sales materials and current product knowledge.
8. Establish and maintain current client and potential client relationships.
9. Prepare a variety of status reports, including activity, closings, follow-up, and updates.
10. Maintain up to date records via company CRM tools.
11. Communicate new product and service opportunities, special developments, information, or feedback gathered through field activity to appropriate company staff.
12. Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
13. Make outbound phone calls / emails and other prospecting efforts to support outside sales team.
14. Other duties as assigned.

Additional Responsibilities

1. Participate in marketing events such as seminars, trade shows, and telemarketing events.
2. Work with inside team to coordinate shipping schedules and delivery of merchandise and services.

Knowledge and Skill Requirements

1. Ability to work independently and accomplish assigned tasks
2. Ability to develop and deliver presentations.
3. Ability to create, compose, and edit written materials.
4. Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
5. A Bachelor's Degree and/or three to five years of sales or marketing experience.
6. Visibility requires maintaining a professional appearance and providing a positive company image to the public.
7. Work requires some travel to current and potential clients.
8. Work requires willingness to work a flexible schedule and with some overnight travel.

Data Analyst\Database Developer


  • Capture requirements and translate them into design documents that lead to the delivery of reports and dashboards.
  • Create reports and dashboards using SQL Server Reporting Services (SSRS)
  • Troubleshoot data anomalies and suggest/execute corrective actions
  • Ensure adherence to architecture standards
  • Some travel might be required to meet with clients to refine reporting requirements


  • Strong analytical and quantitative skills
  • Very good project management skills
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to pay close attention to details
  • Good knowledge of Microsoft SQL Server/TSQL scripting
  • Good knowledge of SQL Server Reporting Services (SSRS)
  • Exposure to Microsoft Visual Studio, Team Foundation Server and Microsoft SSIS
  • Exposure to .Net languages is a plus
  • Bachelor degree or equivalent preferred
