Training either on-site or via webinar is customized for each client upon a review of features and functionality to be implemented. This foundational training is enhanced via built-in videos and on-line help to ensure you receive the maximum value from your investment. After initial training visits are complete, follow-up training can be scheduled based upon a wide variety of client considerations. Some clients decide to implement previously unused features at a later date, while others wish to enhance their knowledge of applications already in place. Webinars can be scheduled for new client employees, or in many cases, clients wish to send their employees to one of our training facilities in New Jersey, Rhode Island or Quebec for further live education on specific product features and add-ons.
