- Data conversion is an integral part of every implementation plan, and our team has performed thousands of them. We make sure you will import all of the information you need. Once we review what files are to be converted, we begin a thorough data-mapping process.
- A review of your product priorities is conducted to establish your implementation schedule. Client employee roles and responsibilities are established, and training is conducted either on-site or via webinar by knowledgeable trainers, each with vast industry experience.
- We can also follow with a Train-the-Trainers program to offer flexibility by teaching your employees to be training consultants for your own organization. This is ideal for large organizations with multiple offices.
