Some organizations provide the opportunity to be part of something bigger than yourself. Convenience Store Women (CSW) is a program that offers just that. CSW is a year-round program made up of both women and men with a focus on helping women in the convenience retail industry build business and leadership skills. Expert-led education, collaboration with peers, and continuous support are just a few of the benefits of joining. While it is a year-round program, it kicks off with the C-Store Women’s Event, their premier conference held this year in San Antonio, Texas, where speakers, attendees, and partners come together. Over two days, participants acquire skills in financial insight, strategic planning, and operational excellence through interactive sessions.
CSW features peer group meetings that are held regularly throughout the year for exchanging ideas, addressing challenges, and fostering each other’s growth. Tracie Nall, Account Manager at ADD Systems, is involved with CSW. She appreciates being part of an organization focused on the growth of c-store professionals just like her:
“Being part of CSW has been empowering. It is more than just professional development. It is a supportive community of women who genuinely want to see each other succeed. What sets CSW apart is the connection and encouragement you feel from peers who understand your challenges and goals. I have built lasting relationships and found new ways to contribute to the industry as a whole.”
