She later earned her MBA with a concentration in finance and technology management from the University of California, Davis.
“These promotions are about strengthening the leadership structure of the company, expanding responsibility across a talented executive team, and continuing to develop leaders from within,” said ADD Systems President Bruce C. Bott. “ADD Systems has always been built on high-quality, capable people, and that remains one of our greatest strengths.”
The company also announced that it will establish additional executive steering committees to support cross-functional planning and decision-making. One of the first will be a Product Direction Steering Committee, designed to bring together input from engineering, operations, implementation, training, sales, marketing, support, and quality assurance. Client feedback, including feedback received through the ADD User Group, will continue to be a vital part of the company’s product planning process.
“As a family-owned business, ADD Systems takes a long-term view of leadership, client relationships, and product investment,” Bott added. “We are committed to preserving the culture and values that have defined the company for more than five decades while continuing to evolve, innovate, and support the changing needs of our clients.”
