- Service deposit tracking eliminates the need for special notes or manual calculations
- Sort options for customer locations in Customer Display make it easier than ever for CSRs
- A new Import option for Accounts Receivable Add-Ons offers more flexibility and efficiency in setting add-ons based on your own special needs
- Create Log entries across multiple accounts in Report Generator greatly increases both relevant information on customer accounts and editing efficiency
Convenience Store Users
- New option to automatically post eStore transactions in E360/E3 for customer charges, dealer sales billing, and dealer commissions, rather than putting them on hold in a batch.
- New item entry functionality allows you to start the setup by copying another item. This makes it easier to set up a bunch of new and similar “in line” items from a quick and easy pop-up window.
- New Lottery Redemption feature to record winning lottery paid to customers. This allows for keeping all lottery-related monies together within the lottery module in eStore and Atlas reporting, rather than using a paid-out or negative dependent.
- Pricebook update module has a new primary view for batches. This allows users to quickly see what batches are outstanding with their record counts, batch type (imported/manual), and batch status. Actions and drilling down still apply!
