ADD Systems has added many talented people in recent years. While many of our departments have grown, our Implementation Department in particular has seen many new talents contribute. As a department that creates such a deep connection with our clients, we value creative and innovative people who can help our customers get the most out of their ADD software. Danielle Mosby, one of our new Implementation Specialists, helps businesses thrive with our software solutions.
“Danielle Mosby is new to ADD Systems and new to the industry that we support,” said Cathy Brady, ADD Systems’ Training Manager of the Implementation Department. “So, our goal is not only to train Danielle in all the aspects of the E3 software, but to also teach her the oil & propane industry. Danielle has been with us for a little over a year and is now involved with several new installs, which involve setting up new databases and training our customers on how to use the software.” We’re excited to have her on board!
Describe your new role at ADD Systems
I’m an implementation architect. I get to train our clients on E3 and provide conversion support.
Where are you originally from?
Georgia.
What is your current role and what types of projects are you working on?
New implementations for clients either moving from PAMS to E3 or manual loads from other systems to E3.
What is your favorite part of your job so far?
I learn something new every day, sometimes several times a day.
Do you work both on-site and remotely for customers?
Yes.
Is there a particular city/state you visited recently?
Valdosta, Georgia for an implementation with a new customer implementing the ADD Energy product.
What are you most excited to learn about in the industry?
In a word? Everything. I came from a different industry entirely, so all of this is quite new to me.
Why are you drawn to your new role? Otherwise, how does your role serve a deeper meaning for you?
In my previous life, I always enjoyed conversion support, data analysis, and talking to customers about how to use systems to better help them. That this role is almost entirely dedicated to that is my sweet spot. I do like to genuinely help our customers, and it does feel good that I have begun to be able to be useful.
What three words would you use to describe yourself?
Dedicated, hard-working, and loyal.
What are some of your favorite hobbies?
Video games, European history, music (I have very eclectic tastes!), FOOTBALL (War Eagle and Keep Pounding), following technology trends.
What is a good piece of advice to follow?
My mom always said, “You have to leave home to grow.”
Who, professionally and personally, has made the biggest impact on you?
My grandparents had a huge hand in raising me. My grandmother is a retired librarian and, because of her, I’ve always been very curious and willing to research. Professionally, my former boss took me under her wing and helped me to transition from academia to the workforce. The skills she helped me cultivate have lasted even as I have taken on this role.
What is a surprising aspect about you people might not expect?
I’m really short.
What is the most important core value a company can have?
Being people-centered. Treating people fairly, both employees and clients.
