The ADD User Group (AUG) began in late 2008 and held its first official meeting in April 2009. The purpose of the group was to create an active network of ADD Systems users with
Two primary goals:
- Assist fellow users
- Affect ADD Systems product development direction
Now, in 2017, we have a strong and solidified AUG that has grown steadily. The group consistently provides ADD Systems with an invaluable, collective client voice on both strategic and tactical product enhancement & development priorities, system design requirements and ADD Systems performance across the board.
Elements of Success
The AUG is determined to be the best it can be and gauges its effectiveness with the following Elements of Success:
- Engaged ADD Users for the common good
- Cooperative relationships among users
- Open sharing (with limits)
- Prioritization of important issues
- Tangible results
- Impartial treatment
- Active support by ADD Systems Management

How can you get involved?
The AUG is open to all ADD clients. There are many different levels of involvement available, , from a simple membership to a committee chair. You decide how you want to participate and how involved you become. But every member regardless of involvement level will see benefits:
- Become an AUG member
- Join a committee
- Offer to be a committee chair
- Submit your development ideas
- Participate in Best Practice Calls
- Be an active member of the ADD Systems User Forum (Contact ADD if you need a username/password.)
