eStore User Group Annual Meeting

ADD Systems thanks all eStore User Group members who attended the Annual Meeting on August 10th. Thanks to your participation, we were able to hold an exciting and eventful meeting reviewing the goals of the group, sharing recent product enhancements and mapping out development plans moving forward. 

The meeting began with opening remarks from eStore User Group Chair, Mindy Marshall of E&V Energy / Pit Stop Convenience Stores. Mindy provided an overview of the group’s value, purpose and goals.

Tracie Nall, ADD Systems Account Manager, reviewed the importance of the eStore User Group, emphasizing the group’s role in creating and maintaining a successful partnership. While the ADD team absorbs as much knowledge about the industry needs as possible, it’s no secret that the real experts are the clients who operate their convenience stores and eStore day in and day out. The eStore User Group is one of the best resources for ADD eStore clients to communicate their needs and share their unique experiences with the software.

Chris Kiernan, Director of Operations Retail/Wholesale at ADD Systems, reviewed recent enhancements that included:

• New competitor fuel pricing module helping you make informed decisions on your fuel pricing
• Continued expansion of frictionless integrations with Skip & Vroom for mobile checkout & delivery
• Enhanced store manager processing with a new wizard-like guided approach
• Improvements with bank deposits for easier reconciliation
• Mobile eStoreScan app enhancements for daily workflow
• Lottery reconciliation improvements
• And so much more!
