With great sadness, ADD Systems shares the news of the passing of Roger Keyser, longtime ADD Systems employee. Roger retired in 2021 as the Vice President of Customer Support and Hardware Operations, and, after 39 years with ADD, he touched many people’s lives, both co-workers and clients.
Roger came to ADD Systems from our fifth client, John Duffy Fuel, in 1982. He quickly went from being the only ADD trainer in the field to being in charge of a team of our trainers. He was then given the responsibility of customer support and hardware, a position in which he thrived. In the late 1990’s and early 2000’s, he was an integral part of the combination of the support teams for ADD’s acquisitions. During all of his transitions, he spread a calm, confident, light-hearted atmosphere throughout his team.
“Roger’s contributions to ADD Systems over the nearly four decades that he worked here are innumerable. He led our support team with confidence, efficiency, and patience. Not only did he create this atmosphere for his team, but also spread it throughout our client base. We are grateful for his leadership and friendship.” Bruce C. Bott, President of ADD Systems shared.
Rob Culbertson, Senior Vice President and COO described Roger as “a true asset to ADD Systems and our clients. He had the ability to simplify any issue into manageable steps and a streamlined solution. He was a gifted teacher, natural leader, and thoughtful friend.”
Our thoughts and prayers are with Roger’s family.
