SmartConnect is a powerful tool that gives you and your 3rd party developer read and/or write access to your back office data in ADD Energy E3/E360. Tank monitors, CRM systems, and customer portals can work seamlessly with your back office data to share real-time information and give your office personnel and customers access to the data they need. And SmartConnect gets better every day. As your business changes, the creative uses for SmartConnect evolve and deliver new efficiencies for your operation.
Take a look at some of our latest enhancements:
Scheduled Future Credit Card Payments
Schedule one or more credit card charges for a future date or dates. Payment plans set up on your customer portal come straight through to your accounts receivable database in your back office.
Enhanced Security Permissions
Each SmartConnect module now has security permissions for specific functions, as well as the ability to give user and database permissions and division access and include auditing/logging of changes made.
Equipment Movement Posting
Not only can you create equipment through SmartConnect, but now you can post equipment movement as well without having to jump into E3 to process any batches.
Add, Modify, or Retrieve AR Add-Ons (Additional Charges or Discounts)
AR add-ons can handle all types of charges like will call fees, after-hours charges, and more, and now, with SmartConnect, you can add or modify an add-on for an individual customer or all customers, and for all location types, delivery locations, or WDMS locations.
Record Portal Activity
Log entries can be created for any activity on your customer portal, including when a profile is maintained, a password or default account or email address is modified, and when accounts are linked and unlinked. Better yet, users of E360 can see this activity in a customer’s timeline!
