There is a lot that makes ADD a great place to work – but these are just the cherries on top! We are honored to share the recent workplace awards we have earned through anonymous, optional surveys filled out by our employees. Here’s how the process works:
- ADD partners with third-party companies like Best Companies Group who runs the NJBIZ Best Places to Work in New Jersey, Best Places to Work in Technology, and Inclusive Workplaces surveys, as well as Energage who runs the Top Workplaces survey.
- We provide them with our employee’s emails, and they handle the rest!
- Each employee receives an email directly from the third parties with a personalized link to the current survey. The team has a few weeks to complete the survey, and of course, it is completely optional and anonymous.
- The third parties go through the results, compare us to other similar sized companies, and tally up the results.
- The third parties reach out and let us know the results, and finally, it’s time to celebrate!

- Best Places to Work in New Jersey by the Best Companies Group for the past 7 years: 2018-2024!
- Best Places to Work in Technology by the Best Companies Group, ranked #3 for 2024!
- Inclusive Workplace by the Best Companies Group since July 2023, through July 2025!
- Top Workplace by NJ.com + Jersey’s Best for the past 5 years: 2020-2024!
- Gale Bott, our Owner, was named one of the Best 50 Women in Business by the Best Companies Group in 2023!
We are very proud of these achievements, but ultimately it all comes down to our employees. We have an employee base filled with hard-working, collaborative individuals who come together to form the ADD Systems Family. Our average employee tenure being over 16 years shows just how dedicated our employees are. ADD thanks all of its employees for their commitment to the company and our customers, year after year.
