ADD Systems continues to grow its team with many talented people. While many departments have a front-facing nature, our Documentation team is more behind the scenes but plays a vital role in our clients’ success. When you read a manual, browse our online help, use the F1 key for context-sensitive help from within our software, or review our What’s New documents to learn about the latest enhancements and how they can improve your business processes, the Documentation team is to thank for the seamless technical communication they provide. Sherry Kercher has helped propel our Documentation team forward with her writing that informs and helps many customers.
“Sherry Kercher comes to us with experience in the worlds of education and publishing,” said Sharon O’Donnell, Manager of User Documentation at ADD Systems. “With ADD Systems for a little more than a year now, she has brought strong writing, research, and communication skills that help to support our documentation effort. She has taken on a major role in our E3 software documentation conversion project using the new software tools. We are glad to have her on board and look forward to utilizing her many talents in future projects.”
