ADD eStore User Group
Attendance at the ADD eStore User Group’s kick-off meeting was high with representation from both seasoned and new ADD clients. Companies large and small met to set goals and expectations for the coming year and to review recent product enhancements.
Kick-Off Meeting
ADD’s Regional Sales Representative, Tracie Nall, began the meeting. She provided an overview of the eStore User Group and offered tips to become more involved. ADD Systems values client engagement, and Tracie pointed out how the eStore User Group is a great way to not only build on that relationship, but to engage with other users to maximize your ADD software benefits.
We are constantly evolving our technology to provide the most efficient and effective products. Consequently, there was much to discuss regarding the most recent eStore enhancements. Our Director of Retail Products, Chris Kiernan, took the attendees through some of our most exciting recent enhancements, including new dashboards, enhanced integrations for Gilbarco & VeriFone POS devices, Dynamics GP bank reconciliation, streamlined security functions, performance updates and much more.

Our clients show an overwhelming commitment to come together with a common voice. They are dedicated to assisting each other and ADD Systems in our software enhancement direction. As a result, we are excited for what the ADD eStore User Group brings to the table. We are already looking forward to collaborating again on July 19th. In this year’s second meeting we’ll focus on the topic of loyalty providers. You can expect some lively discussion and valuable take-aways.
