The AUG is in full swing, sharing ideas, holding committee meetings, and crafting enhancement ideas. Probably most ADD clients have joined a Best Practices call or two, but did you know that you can also join a committee and attend their monthly meetings to take part in smaller group discussions on specific topics? The Technical Performance and Support Committee is one of those groups.
This team of IT professionals is focused on the review and improvement of the technical aspects of ADD Energy E3 and E360, as well as the related products, like Raven and Pegasus. The areas they focus on include user security, application environment, mobile environments, and other system administration functionality.
In the past topics discussed have included E3 security, system maintenance best practices, E3 access, and Raven mapping. The committee is looking forward to future topics including network/server architecture, Pegasus security, equipment integration, and more. Visit the committee’s forum on the ADD Client Portal for a complete list of this year’s planned meeting topics.
The committee also works as a team to vote on and submit technical enhancement ideas to the Leadership Team for final voting this summer. Now is a great time to join the committee, bring your ideas, and have a voice in the direction of ADD development.
