The AUG recommends an upgrade every two years, and strongly advises against waiting any longer than three years. AUG members have access to view which software versions other members are currently using. They can use this information to ask for input or advice on the benefits of certain upgrades and what to expect during the process.
Any upgrade will be smoother with good planning. To that end, we make our release notes available online. Within the Client Portal, you can see what’s included in the latest version of each software solution. To make it even easier for you, whenever new release notes are published, a notification is posted in the Client Portal Forum. Subscribe to that forum, and you will receive automatic notifications whenever new release notes are available.
