Exciting times here at ADD Systems! We are well into 2019 and have entered the busy months of April through March!
We’ve done a lot in the past 12 months. We’ve certified a new low-cost mobile, non-rugged tablet for both our Raven® and Pegasus® platforms. We’ve released the Raven Companion and Raven Fleet Fueler for Asset Management and Fleet Fueling. We’ve made multiple enhancements to our ADD Energy E3® product – changes that get right to the core of efficiency and customer experience. Atlas BI® and ADD eStore® have seen tons of enhancements and additional R&D dollars. We’ve performed enough conversions to our system to keep a team of 6 busy year round doing just that. We’ve added more than 1,000 enhancements to our suite of products with the last release alone.
We continue to engage and solicit feedback from our clients and we’ve been extremely pleased with the ADD User Group (AUG). We’ve even gotten an early start planning for our huge user conference (BTC) in Orlando next May (2020).
To top all of that off, we’re rolling out new clients monthly, and we’re happy to see some clients return to the ADD Systems family after a short change! Welcome back!
Busy, busy, busy! That is the operative word for ADD Systems. We have been busy working for you every day. Our staff averages 15+ years of industry experience per employee. That’s simply amazing! We’re not sitting around like a bunch of old timers either – we’ve added many new faces to ADD Systems in the past 2 years (15 new hires to be specific). Many of these new hires have tons of industry experience as well and have brought a great new spark to the company. We continue to look for more qualified additions to join ADD Systems in a few departments.
I’m extremely pleased to see the support surveys we’ve been sending out to our clients come back with “extremely satisfied” checked off to the many questions. Rare as it may be, if we get a “somewhat satisfied” or a lesser mark, we’re calling you to find out how we could do better. Your input is huge and is greatly appreciated, so keep filling the surveys out. As always, I pride myself on traveling anywhere at any time to visit with clients.
