ADD Systems is pleased to announce the promotion of Steve Tymikiw to Customer Support Manager. Steve has been with ADD Systems for over 23 years and brings a wealth of software knowledge, as well as a great deal of experience working directly with ADD clients.
“We are excited Steve has accepted this position, and grateful that he had a chance to work with his predecessor, Linda Carrer, to ensure a smooth transition. Steve brings strong leadership skills, organizational expertise and product proficiency with him, and we look forward to his contributions in this new role,” shared Andy Katsigiannis, Director of IT and Customer Support for ADD Systems.
Steve comes to this role from his previous position as Application and Integration Manager in the Implementation & Training Department. In that role he worked closely with clients, managing high priority projects. Prior to that he gained valuable industry experience as an accountant at two large energy marketers.
“I’m really excited to take on this new role, and I’m grateful to have had the chance to learn from Linda. The customer support group is a fantastic group of people, and I look forward to helping to make our support performance even better,” Steve shared.
