It’s April and spring is officially here. This marks the end of our Saturday customer support hours until they resume again in October. History shows that we don’t get many calls on the weekend, but when we do, we know it’s important. As always, our goal is to be there when you need us most.
Of course, you can always reach us any time of the year via our after-hours support line. We’re here for you, no matter what the season.
You may have also noticed another effort of ours to make sure we’re meeting your needs. At the conclusion of a support call we provide you with an opportunity to complete a customer support survey. This survey is done via email and it solicits your feedback on your satisfaction with the call. We want to make sure we are meeting your needs.
So go enjoy the spring and take a breather after the last few winter months. Perhaps now is the time to rethink your processes, consider making better use of your software and improve your efficiency. We will help you with that too!
