- Keeping up with current software releases not only helps you take advantage of all the latest efficiency-gaining features, but also makes for an easier upgrade project. The further behind you are, the larger the upgrade and training project becomes. Plan to upgrade at least every other year to minimize the project and maximize your ongoing benefits.
Consider New Ways to Use Our Evolving Software

- Consider new ways of using the software. Just because a process couldn’t be done in the past doesn’t mean it cannot be done today.
- Get regular training. We constantly add new features and enhance existing ones, so your processes may be out of date and a more efficient solution may already be in place.
Adopt Thorough Testing Procedures

- An important part of implementing new software successfully and efficiently is testing to be sure everything is working properly before going live. The ADD team can support and guide you as you clearly define your project cycle, test cases, and scenarios to ensure that the test plan includes all aspects of the organization’s use of the systems, integrations, and reporting needs.
Streamline ADD Support Calls for Expedited Service

- Make your support calls as efficient as possible by including pertinent information on a single call. Open a call by emailing support@addsys.com. You will then be given a call number for easy tracking.
- If more explanation or additional documentation is needed for that issue, simply send an email to attachment@addsys.com, including the call number (provided from the initial email) in the subject or body of the email. The additional information will automatically be added to the call.
- Avoid sending additional information about an open call to support@addsys.com, as we have automated technology that will open a brand new call and slow down the process.

- Protect Against Cyberattacks: Hackers and cybercriminals are constantly looking for ways to exploit vulnerabilities in devices and networks. Strong security measures, like anti-virus software, multi-factor authentication, and strong passwords, can help protect you from viruses, malware, and phishing attacks that could compromise your sensitive data.
- Maintain Data Backups: Unexpected events like hardware failures or ransomware attacks can cause data loss. Regularly backing up your data and using reliable security systems can minimize the impact. And test your backups periodically to ensure they are working when you need them.
