At ADD Systems, we believe in choice. We’ve made choices within our own solutions, with your needs in mind, in order to give you as many options as possible. But our products may not cover your entire solution, nor should they.
When it comes to partner products, we define ourselves as partner agnostic. It’s not our place to choose your POS device, your tank monitor vendor, or solutions for other specialized aspects of your company. We recognize that what is right for one client may not be the best answer for another, so we want you to make the best choice for you from the many compatible solutions that complement our offering. We will not funnel clients toward a particular vendor’s solution as a result of our business relationship, and we suggest you question vendors who do.
In many cases, the opportunity for partnerships is built right into our software with products like SmartConnect®, a portfolio of web services that empowers third-party developers to create new applications or interface existing third-party applications to ADD Energy E3®, our back office software. We want to make interfaces to our product as easy as possible.
Because of our experience, there’s a good chance ADD Systems already has a relationship with a company you are considering. But we are happy to add more.
