On the last redesign of our website, we were determined to make a place specifically for our clients. The intent was to keep you informed, present self-service options, and give you easy access to each other. As a result, the Client Portal was created, and here’s a reminder of all that is waiting there for you.
As an ADD Systems client, you can use the client portal to enter new support calls. You also have the ability to attach relevant documentation such as screenshots, report samples and pictures, to provide your Support Representative with more information so they can better assist you.
Want a status update? No problem. You can check the status of your call and see any new activity. Have you learned something new that may help ADD better understand the issue? Update the call yourself with that information. Has the question been resolved? Great! You can close the call online.
The client portal allows you to stay informed about the status of your questions, from start to finish.
ADD Systems has an exceptionally engaged and cooperative user community. Take advantage of this group by using the forum. Clients can pose questions to other users and share best practices with the group.
Do you want to be notified of new postings? You can sign up for forum notifications or a daily digest, and they can be tailored to your interests.

To see the latest developments in ADD Systems’ products, or to review changes made over a period of years, use the Release Notes tab in the portal. A simple navigation bar will help you hone in on your desired product and release, while a search option will let you look for specifics.
Learn more about the ADD User Group (AUG) through the User Group section of the Client Portal. You can find a brief history of the group along with their mission statement. You can also find contact information for some of the leadership team, and information on current activities.
Answerbook lets you enter keywords that bring up a list of related support instructions. This is a great tool to potentially find the answer to your support question without opening a call.
If you have a problem that requires live help, a customer support representative will guide you to this page to assist. Once you enter the required information, your support representative will be able to gain remote access to your computer to provide the most expeditious resolution.
